_**Qualifications**:_

Civil Engineering Degree

More than 7 years experience in Dubai

Experience with High Rise Projects

Perfect English and Arabic language knowledge is a MUST

Knowledge of necessary software (Primavera, Microsoft Office, Autocad, Revit, etc.)

Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods

Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

Proven working experience in construction management

Field Construction Management

Should have good experience with authorities requirements DDA, DHRE, Trakhees, Nakheel
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Direct and oversee all onsite and offsite construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates and deliverables Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
- Delegating tasks and training to the project engineers, site site engineers, foremans & charge hands
- Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff; Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance
- Ensure quality of work through implementing inspection procedures, initiate inspection and meeting with authorities during inspection. Monitoring of permits/noc’s
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions to the concern department.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Assist with Reviews and analysis of all claims submitted by the Contractor
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Supervise construction rejects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the customer’s requirements
- Work under deadlines in fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineer, architects and vendors.
- Other duties as assigned and extend site duties as per site requirements

Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
