Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations. Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, and issues for stakeholders and senior management. Lead project meetings, resolve conflicts, and make key operational decisions to keep the project on track. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale construction UAE projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and UAE regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
