**LOS Implementation**:
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of Loan Origination System projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and IT professionals, to ensure effective integration of LOS into existing systems.

**Islamic Banking Expertise**:
Leverage a deep understanding of Islamic banking principles to guide and oversee the incorporation of Sharia-compliant practices into the LOS implementation process.

**Stakeholder Management**:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, business users, and vendors, to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.

**Risk Management**:
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with LOS implementation and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Regularly assess project risks and adjust strategies as needed to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

**Certification**:
PMP or Prince 2 certification is mandatory.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a focus on Loan Origination System implementation.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects in the Islamic banking sector.

**Technical Skills**:
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems and the financial services industry.

**Salary**: From AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
