We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. The successful candidate will direct and coordinate activities of project personnel, guaranteeing a smooth progression on schedule and within prescribed resources.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of success in managing projects throughout their lifecycle. A comprehensive understanding of Project Management processes and methodology is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, and manage projects from conception through completion;
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets;
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of project plans;
- Monitor project progress against timeline and budget;
- Regularly report on progress to senior executives;
- Ensure all stakeholders adhere to the agreed-upon project scope;
- Lead risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution activities;
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms;
- Establish governance structure for the project team, including roles and responsibilities;
- Define quality standards and criteria for deliverables throughout the project lifecycle;
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred);
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) (advantageous);
- At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a similar role;
- Proven track record of successful management of projects from start to finish;
- Strong knowledge in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers/external partners;
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Able to lead virtual teams across multiple locations;
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks;
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach;
