**Hiring: Architectural Draftsman**

**Position: Architectural Draftsman/Designer**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Draftsman/Designer to join our dynamic team at Eamar Al Emarate Eng. Consultant, a well-established Engineering Consultancy firm in Sharjah. If you have a passion for architectural design, a keen eye for detail, and over 5 years of experience in the field, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and designs using AutoCAD, Sketchup ,3Ds max, Lumion and other design softwares.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop design concepts and ensure accuracy in execution.
- Produce construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman/Designer, preferably within an engineering consultancy in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup ,3Ds max, Lumion and other design softwares.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drafting standards and construction practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
