**Responsibilities**:

- Translate complex architectural designs into accurate and detailed technical drawings.
- Collaborate closely with architects and stakeholders to thoroughly understand project requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with the highest construction and engineering standards in all drafted plans.
- Incorporate changes and redline markups into existing drawings as required.
- Lead the development of comprehensive construction documentation sets, utilizing your wealth of experience.
- Coordinate effectively with other draftsmen and professionals to guarantee seamless project execution.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, standards, and best practices, bringing innovative insights to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven and substantial experience as a Senior Architectural Draftsman in the construction/civil sector.
- Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
- In-depth knowledge of evolving construction and engineering standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills honed through years of experience.
