Having worked in high-end or reputable Japanese restaurants in **Abu Dhabi**, this chef brings a refined understanding of authentic techniques, fresh ingredient selection, and precise knife skills.

- Expert in **sushi preparation**, including **nigiri, sashimi, maki, and specialty rolls**:
- Proficient in other core Japanese dishes such as:
- **Tempura**:
- **Ramen**:
- **Donburi**:
- **Yakitori**:
- **Japanese curry**:
- **Teppanyaki-style dishes**:
- Strong knowledge of **Japanese kitchen hygiene**, ingredient sourcing, and presentation aesthetics
- Able to **supervise and train kitchen staff**, manage inventory, and ensure consistency in food quality
- Experienced in **fast-paced, multicultural kitchen environments**, with a solid grasp of customer preferences in the **UAE market**
