We are looking for an intern to support in definition and creation of processes, analysis, harmonization, optimization within LCS Performance Initiative program.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Support LCS MEA with workshop preparation, documentation, and task follow up within the LCS Performance Initiative Program
- Support the global field service process development (end-to-end process chain development)
- Document best practice for the entire MEA
- Development of early indicators for budget controlling
- Enhancement of Offer volume & Hit rate analysis
- Support the development and implementation of professional tools for LCS Project Management
- Development and implementation of customer driven KPI’s
- Development of Strategic Controlling in LCS MEA in cooperation with IOS Controlling
- Development and implementation of reports; provide consultation and training concerning Microsoft Power BI
- Create Microsoft Power BI analysis for LCS MEA business (offer volume, hit rate, order intake, orders in hand, turnover)
- Support development of Dashboards for performance driven KPI’s
- Further enhancement and growth of eGuide (eShop, Sales Compass, etc.) within the MEA region

Ihr Profil
- Graduate in Business Administration or Business Engineering
- Excellent analytical, follow-up, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to react quickly on problems and finding solutions
- Ability to work with different cultures, a good team player
- Advance knowledge in Excel, Access, SAP & Power BI
- Fluent in English & German
