The Head of LCS Sales will be responsible for planning and executing LCS Sales strategy in line with MENA, regional, and global sales strategy to further drive the LCS growth in MENA.
**Your tasks**:
- Development & execution of the sales strategy for LCS channels in-line with MENA, region and global sales strategies.
- Drive sales of LCS products as well as spare parts kits, rebuild/exchange programs, retrofits, IT solutions, consumables, overhauls, and SLA’s to all customers per Krones sales strategy
- Grow the potential market for LCS products by following up on leads for new customers and proactively finding new customers.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and the customer, control all client concerns relating to LCS products and accounts as well as closing out the orders by ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Development of product-market strategy to drive customer loyalty and business continuity as well as conception of efficient sales/market activities through optimal use of existing resources and sales structures.
- Shares market, customer trends & insights to the regional teams, implements actions to grow the business and support further development of products (R&D), and addresses existing market opportunities.
- Responsible for LCS sales team capability, development and performance
- Responsible for LCS sales reporting (volume, profitability, resources, potential)
- Responsible for the MENA LCS sales order intake annual budget along with the profitability.
- Provide expert advice (technical and commercial) to customers about optimizing their equipment.
- Ensure the CRM System is accurately maintained: appointments, opportunities, potentials, general client information.
- Observe the financial situation of customers and monitor customers’ payments to ensure all dues are settled on time.
**Your profile**:
- Experience of min. 5 years in a similar role
- Have demonstrable business acumen.
- Technical knowledge of machines
- MS Office knowledge is a must, knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
- Ability to work with different cultures, a good team player.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, negotiation skills
