Step behind a bar that’s more than just a workspace—it’s a canvas. We’re seeking a full-time Beverage Artisan who can master the full spectrum of drinks: from specialty coffee to fresh juices, mocktails, mojitos, frappes, and milkshakes. If you treat every pour like a performance and every garnish like a signature, this is your stage.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Crafting and serving hot and cold beverages: espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, juices, mocktails, frappes, shakes, and seasonal specials
- Developing signature recipes and limited-edition drink concepts with visual and flavor impact
- Operating espresso machines, blenders, juicers, chillers, and bar tools with precision
- Maintaining a spotless, organized bar—clean as you go is **non-negotiable**:

- Managing stock levels, inventory rotation, and daily prep for ingredients and garnishes
- Ensuring all drinks meet aesthetic standards—every cup should be camera-ready
- Supporting team harmony and adapting to fast-paced service during peak hours

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum 4 years** of hands-on experience across coffee, juice, and mixology categories
- Deep understanding of flavor pairing, drink layering, and ingredient handling
- Fluent in English with a confident, warm, and professional demeanor
- Full-time availability, including weekends and evening shifts
- Strong hygiene habits and commitment to food safety standards
- Self-driven, reliable, and proactive in maintaining bar readiness
- Inventive mindset—always exploring new combinations, seasonal twists, and visual enhancements

**Experience**:

- Beverage preparation (coffee, juices, mocktails)**:4 years (required)**:

- Inventory and bar hygiene management**:2 years (preferred)**

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
