The Food & Beverage Intern supports daily food and beverage operations while gaining hands‑on experience in hotel service standards, guest interaction, and hospitality operations. This role is designed to provide practical training across restaurant, bar, banquet, and/or room service areas while contributing to high‑quality guest service. Responsibilities Assist in daily food and beverage service operations under supervision Greet guests courteously and support service staff during meal periods Help set up and break down dining areas, buffets, and event spaces Serve food and beverages as directed, following hotel service standards Support cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and outlets Assist with basic food preparation or beverage service when assigned Learn and follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Observe and participate in inventory, stock handling, and service procedures Support team members during peak service periods Participate in training sessions and on‑the‑job learning activities Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or related program (preferred) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage but not required Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Seniority level Internship Employment type Internship Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Hospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr
