This position requires a unique combination of administrative, organizational, and personal skills to support the CEO. The Executive Assistant at Armonia is responsible for the administrative and operational management of the CEO’s office, as well as coordinating personal aspects to ensure a balance between professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management: Ensuring proactive and effective management of the CEO’s office. Managing schedules, organizing meetings, business trips, and special events. Preparing and drafting high-quality documents, reports, and presentations.

3. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handling sensitive information confidentially and respecting the required discretion in all professional and personal activities.

4. Special Task Management: Assisting the CEO in managing special projects, research, and other specific administrative or personal tasks that require special attention.

**Required Skills**:

- Bilingual French/English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives.
- Proficiency in office tools and agenda management systems.

Education and Experience:

- Previous experience as a versatile executive assistant, preferably supporting a senior executive.
