Executive Personal Assistant

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with special projects and follow up on action items
- Organize events and meetings, including logistics and minute-taking
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Arabic (speaking and writing) is preferred
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Language**:
- Arabic (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (required)
