**Hiring: Architectural BIM Modeler**

**Company**: Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC
**Location**: Dubai, UAE
**Position**: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop 3D BIM models and architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detailed shop drawings
- Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams for clash-free designs
- Update drawings and models based on design revisions and site requirements
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE standards, and BIM execution plans
- Assist in creating schedules, quantities, and technical documentation

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler / Draftsman in UAE projects
- Proficient in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of architectural design, detailing, and building codes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
