**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**BIM Modeling & Documentation**
- Develop and maintain precise 3D BIM models for aluminum façades or structural steel systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Produce comprehensive construction, shop, and fabrication drawings including plans, sections, and elevations.

**Design Coordination**
- Collaborate with internal and external design teams to ensure consistent design integration across disciplines.
- Update models according to client revisions, engineering feedback, and site conditions.

**Model Management & Quality Assurance**
- Keep project models current in line with BIM execution plans and project standards.
- Perform clash detection via Navisworks and participate in coordination meetings to resolve spatial conflicts.

**Analysis & Quantification**
- Extract accurate quantity take-offs to support estimation and procurement activities.
- Assist in integrating BIM data with scheduling (4D) and cost management (5D) tools as required.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Support technical BIM presentations and reviews, effectively communicating design intent to clients and consultants.
- Work alongside project managers to ensure timely delivery of quality model outputs.

**Team Support & Training**
- Mentor junior BIM technicians and contribute to internal quality control and skills development initiatives.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in BIM modeling with focus on aluminum façade or structural steel systems.
- **Software Expertise**: Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit; working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD; familiarity with Tekla Structures preferred.
- **Technical Acumen**: Deep understanding of fabrication and installation processes; thorough knowledge of architectural and structural construction elements.
- **Documentation**: Ability to produce detailed, coordinated construction-ready shop drawings.
- **Standards Compliance**: Knowledge of local and international building codes, BIM standards, and documentation protocols.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
