Key Responsibilities

Audit Planning & Execution

**Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan, ensuring all critical areas of business operations are reviewed regularly.**

**Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and business processes.**

**Analyze financial statements, accounting records, and transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and IFRS.**

**Identify inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and risks in business operations and recommend corrective actions.**

**Evaluate business practices, procurement procedures, and contract management processes for fraud risks and policy violations.**

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

**Ensure the company complies with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, corporate governance standards, and industry-specific regulations.**

**Identify potential financial, operational, and cybersecurity risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.**

**Monitor fraud risks, conflicts of interest, and compliance breaches, and develop strategies to prevent such occurrences.**

**Stay updated on changes in UAE laws, financial regulations, and tax requirements that impact the company.**

Financial & Operational Audits

**Perform cost analysis, revenue verification, and expense audits to ensure financial integrity.**

**Assess inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.**

**Evaluate real estate transactions, lease agreements, and asset management practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations.**

**Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in financial reporting and internal controls.**

Reporting & Recommendations

**Prepare comprehensive audit reports with clear findings, recommendations, and action plans for management.**

**Present key audit insights to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management, ensuring transparency in risk management efforts.**

**Work closely with department heads to develop corrective action plans and track their implementation.**

**Provide advisory support on financial best practices, internal control improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.**

Collaboration & Training

**Work closely with finance, legal, HR, and operations teams to ensure company-wide adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.**

**Conduct training programs and workshops to promote awareness of risk management, compliance standards, and financial best practices.**

**Foster a culture of ethical business practices and continuous improvement across the organization.**

Qualifications & Experience

**Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CIA, or ACCA certification is strongly preferred.**

**5+ years of experience in internal auditing, risk assessment, or financial compliance within the UAE.**

**Deep knowledge of UAE tax laws, IFRS, corporate governance, and risk management frameworks.**

**Proven experience in auditing real estate transactions, contract management, procurement, and operational processes.**

**Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, detect fraud, and recommend process improvements.**

**Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English (Arabic is plus)**

**Proficiency in audit software, data analytics tools, and ERP systems.**

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
