**Job Type**: Commission-Based Only

**About Us**:
Ganjina Real Estate is a growing real estate firm specializing in [residential, commercial, off-plan, rentals, etc.]. We are looking for ambitious and self-driven Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations with clients and landlords
- Stay updated on market trends and property listings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Presentable, professional, and motivated personality
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
