**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of engineering projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Review Tender Drawings, Quantity Survey, Tender Bids Review, and Site work inspections.
- Develop detailed project timeline, plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify, and address issues, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
- Prepare and present project progress status reports to stakeholders and team members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills in both Arabic & English.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
- Proven Construction site experience in project management (preferred residential villas experience).
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- UAE Resident (Preferred Abu Dhabi).
- PMP certification is a plus.
