**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience in the UAE** in **building or infrastructure projects**.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision, construction activities, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and ensure work is carried out as per specifications.
- Capable of managing labor teams and coordinating with engineers and subcontractors.
- Good communication and leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure quality workmanship.
- Coordinate materials, manpower, and site progress with the project engineer.
- Monitor safety procedures and ensure site compliance.
- Prepare daily progress reports
