**Job Title**: Site Foreman - Civil & Interior Fit-Out

**Department**: Projects / Site Execution
**Reports To**: Site Engineer / Project Manager
**Location**: Project Sites - UAE

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure timely execution of civil and interior fit-out works
- Allocate tasks to site workers and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Maintain site discipline and enforce safety regulations at all times
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues, delays, or deviations from plans
- Communicate work progress and site updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
- Ensure the work is carried out as per approved drawings and project timelines
- Maintain site documentation including daily reports, labor records, and material logs
- Support the site team during inspections, handovers, and client visits

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil and interior fit-out supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and labor efficiently
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with UAE construction/site regulations
- UAE Driving License is an advantage

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (preferred)
