**Luxury floral boutique looking for a florist to join the team**

**Responsibilities**:

- To have a full understanding of Company range of products
- To discuss desired flower arrangements and prices with clients; including information about the date, time and place of delivery.
- To create arrangements according to client's requirements and in line with the companies standard design patterns, utilizing knowledge of floral design and the specifies of the selected products.
- To ensure that all designs meet MDF standards and meet or exceed the clients expectations.
- To be able to create trendy flower arrangements
- To select flowers and foliage for arrangements, working with numerous combinations to synthesize and develop new creations as requested
- To cut and clean flowers and foliage for storage, unpack stock upon delivery to the store. Arrange bouquets and other fresh products using trimmers, shapers, wire, pins, floral tape, foam and other materials/ tools.
- To monitor the flowers inventory and to report to management any shortage of inventory in order to enable the placement of orders to purchase flowers and supplies.
- To inform clients about care, maintenance and handling of the varies products.
- To decorate or assist in decoration of other facilities for parties, weddings and other events
- To assist with changing in-store and window displays, designs and looks as per the head florist and store managers instructions.
- Any other duties / tasks assigned by the store manager or supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years previous experience
- Ability to use florists' tools in order to create arrangements.
- Creativity and understanding of style
- Interpersonal skills and customer service
- Organizational skills in order to stay on top of multiple orders and projects
- Excellent communication skills
