Junior Florist As a Junior Florist in Dubai, you will be responsible for assisting the lead florist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various events and occasions. Responsibilities Assist the lead florist in designing and arranging floral displays for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other special occasions. Help maintain the shop's inventory by organizing and restocking flowers, vases, and other supplies. Collaborate with the lead florist to come up with new and unique designs that appeal to clients. Take orders from customers and ensure timely delivery of arrangements. Assist with the setup and decoration of event venues. Keep track of customer preferences and feedback to improve future designs. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a florist or in a similar role. Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to create various arrangements. Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends depending on event schedules. Preferred Qualifications Degree or certification in floral design or related field. Familiarity with local flower suppliers in Dubai. Proficiency in Arabic language. Salary Starting salary of 1500$ per month with potential for growth based on performance. Location This position is located at our flower shop in Dubai.
