**Responsibilities**:
As a **Site Project Manager** must have a **Construction Background with High-Rise Building construction experienced (Above 30 Floors) **and will be located at **Creek Harbour**, you will be responsible for overseeing all the construction projects mainly in the site. Duties may include creating work schedules for your team and allocating responsibilities. You are also be required to conduct site visits and report to senior managers on project progress.

The role of a construction manager involves the following duties:
1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

3. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

4. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

5. Meet contractual conditions of performance.

6. Review the work progress on daily basis.

7. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

8. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

09. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.

10. Analyze, manage and mitigate risk.

11. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

**Requirements & Skills**:
**-10-15 YEARS EXPERIENCE-**
- Must have High Rise building project experience(At least 30 floors of experience)

1. Proven working experience in construction management.

2. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.

3. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.

4. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.

5. Familiarity with construction management software packages.

6. Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.

7. Competent in conflict and crisis management.

8. Leadership and human resources management skills.

9. Excellent time and project management skills.

10. BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.

**Job Type: Contract**
