**Project Manager - Luxury Architecture & Design**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Initiation**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budget forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to set clear project objectives and deliverables.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Secure necessary approvals and permits from relevant authorities in compliance with UAE regulations.

**2. Leadership and Team Coordination**:

- Lead a multidisciplinary project team, fostering collaboration between architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that team members understand their roles and deadlines.
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain alignment on project goals.

**3. Budget and Cost Management**:

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial oversight throughout all project phases.
- Monitor expenses and resource allocation, providing regular updates to senior management on budget performance.
- Implement cost-saving strategies and identify value engineering opportunities without compromising design quality.

**4. Client and Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships.
- Conduct regular project updates and presentations, ensuring clients are informed and satisfied with progress.
- Address client feedback and changes promptly, balancing project objectives and budget constraints.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success.

**5. Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Oversee the execution of projects to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure that all projects comply with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and relevant industry standards.
- Implement quality control processes and perform regular site visits to assess construction progress and identify potential issues.
- Review and approve project documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and reports.

**6. Project Scheduling and Timeline Management**:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking key milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure projects adhere to established timelines, proactively addressing potential delays.
- Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to optimize workflow and ensure timely completion of all project phases.

**7. Risk Management and Problem-Solving**:

- Anticipate and identify project risks, implementing strategies to mitigate their impact on project timelines and quality.
- Address on-site challenges efficiently, providing solutions to prevent project disruption.
- Ensure all project changes are documented and approved to maintain project scope and budget integrity.

**8. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and risk assessments, to senior management and clients.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project records, ensuring documentation is accessible and up-to-date.
- Oversee project handover documentation and ensure that all closeout processes are completed smoothly.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 8-10 years in project management, with at least 3-5 years managing luxury architectural projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6), AutoCAD, and Revit.
- **Knowledge**: Comprehensive understanding of UAE building codes, safety regulations, and luxury project standards.
- **Soft Skills**: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Preferred**:

- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2.
- Experience with high-end residential, hospitality, or bespoke luxury projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green certifications (e.g., LEED, Estidama).
