We are currently seeking a motivated **Tele Sales and Marketing Representative** to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business in these vital sectors.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales & Lead Generation**: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in industries that require **Environmental Studies** and **Waste Management & Recycling** services.
- **Service Promotion**: Introduce Mersat Environmental Services' offerings, explaining how our solutions can help businesses reduce waste, improve recycling efforts, and achieve sustainability goals.
- **Customer Needs Assessment**: Engage with clients to understand their specific environmental needs and recommend appropriate services to help them meet their objectives.
- **Sales Conversion & Meeting Targets**: Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our services, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability and compliance.
- **Collaboration with Contracts Department**: Partner with the Contracts team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotions, ensuring maximum visibility for our services.
- **CRM Management**: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- **Client Support & Relationship Management**: Provide outstanding sale support, address client concerns, and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- **Market Feedback & Reporting**: Share customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to help refine our service offerings and marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience** in **telesales**, and **telemarketing**, preferably in the **environmental, waste management**, or **sustainability** sectors.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain services and benefits to potential clients.
- Familiarity with **Environmental Studies**, **Waste Management**, and **Recycling Services** is highly desirable.
- Experience with **Office systems** for managing client relationships and tracking sales progress.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive business growth.
- **Self-motivated**, target-driven, and eager to contribute to the company's success.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, or a related field preferred).
