As a Fragrance Development Manager, you’ll drive mutual success by developing winning fragrances for our clients’ brands. You’ll be a guided partner to Fine Fragrance perfumers, offering consumer trends, creative inspirations, and strategic ideas. **Your Key Responsibilities**
- ** Fragrance Development Cycle**: Lead the full fragrance development cycle for all assigned Fine Fragrance accounts, managing all aspects of the fragrance development project from brief to adoption.
- ** Collaboration**: Collaborate with Perfumers, Technical Development Teams, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Commercial teams to deliver beneficial solutions for our clients.
- ** Winning Fragrance Themes**: Deliver winning fragrance themes that meet our customers’ expectations and align with consumer needs based on data analysis where available.
- ** Trend Awareness**: Maintain a vast and up-to-date awareness of scented products in the Fine Fragrance category to identify olfactive trends and opportunities that can be turned into concrete customer solutions.
- ** Support and Evaluation**: Support on-site Perfumers and FDD with Global Fine Fragrance Evaluations.
- ** Development Partnership**: Act as the Development Partner with Sales, co-creating fragrance strategies, brainstorming ideas, and nurturing client relationships.
- ** Olfactive Strategies**: Build sound olfactive strategies based on consumer insights.

**You Bring**
- ** Experience**: At least 5 consecutive years within fragrance development, preferably with experience in Fine Fragrance.
- ** Education**: A University degree is a must.
- ** Language Skills**: Must be fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
- ** Olfactive Training**: Finalized a Olfactive training, a test will be part of the selection proces.
- ** Track Record**: A proven track record of successful fragrance launches.
- ** Creative and Strategic** Thinking: A creative and strategic thinker with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn and adapt to change.
- ** Digital Savviness**: Great communication, organization, and project management skills.
- ** Independence and Teamwork**: Ability to work well independently and in a group.
