MANE Dubai is seeking a Fine Fragrance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic international team. As one of the fastest-growing fragrance houses in the Middle East, we are looking for a marketing professional who is both a fine fragrance enthusiast and a strategic thinker with a strong commercial drive.
Role Overview: As the Fine Fragrance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans in line with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and events.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development teams for effective product launches and marketing support.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
- Create and oversee marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and media partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, seeking opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, marketing, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3-6 years of marketing experience within the fragrance industry.
- Exceptional creativity and imagination, with a passion for pushing boundaries.
- Deep understanding of the fragrance industry and consumer preferences in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities and strategic mindset.
- Solid project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Fluency in English (French proficiency preferred, Arabic a plus).
- Willingness to travel as required.
