**Job Title**:HR Operations Analyst
**Job Summary**:
The HR Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing and continuously improving the HR operations processes. This position will provide analytical support to the HR Manager and cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and enhance overall HR performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage employee data and records in HRIS to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Analyze and improve HR processes including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions and employee data management.
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights to senior management and HR Manager.
- Work with HR Manager to enhance employee relations and improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Assist with HR projects as needed, such as HR system upgrades, process standardization, and HR data audits.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and implement solutions.
- Ensure data privacy is maintained as per the company's data privacy policy.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and forms.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or related field with implementation of HR Software.
- Experience with HRIS and data management.
- Job will require travel to Iraq on work rotation basis
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to manage competing demands, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations of UAE & IRAQ.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
