This is a **full time** role based in dubai,UAE for a Cloud Kitchen Supervisor who oversees kitchen operations for a delivery-only food business, managing staff, inventory, food quality, and safety to ensure efficiency and meet customer demands and local municipality regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide and motivate kitchen staff, ensure adherence to proper work ethic and cooking techniques, promote teamwork, and assist with training new employees.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation, strictly enforcing all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, including those set by Dubai Municipality.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring proper product rotation, minimising waste, and helping to control food costs and stock management.
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations to meet delivery-focused customer expectations for speed, accuracy, and quality.
- Foster strong communication lines between the kitchen team and other leadership members.
- Be prepared to assist other employees with their duties and handle unexpected challenges or high volume periods.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a minimum of **1-3 years of experience** in cloud kitchen operations and culinary management.
- Advanced Proficiency in **MS Office suite( Word,Excel,Outlook)**:

- Having your **own UAE visa** is preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
