Receptionist and Administration Secretary

A Receptionist and Administration Secretary performs the duties of both a receptionist and an administrative secretary, acting as the first point of contact for the company and providing general administrative support. They greet visitors, answer phones, manage appointments, and assist with various office tasks, like managing files and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Receptionist Duties**:
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or office.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
- Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.
- Managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and booking meeting rooms.
- Handling the Air and Hotel Booking for management
- Providing basic information to visitors and callers.
- **Administrative Secretary Duties**:
- Handling correspondence, including preparing and distributing memos, letters, and reports.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders.
- Assisting in organizing company events and meetings.
- Managing files and databases, including data entry and filing.
- Providing general administrative support to staff, including scheduling and coordinating.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Other Potential Duties**:
- Managing mail and packages.
- Assisting with HR-related tasks (e.g., employee onboarding/offboarding, attendance records).
- Supporting finance-related tasks (e.g., invoice processing).
Qualifications:
- two years of secretary experience inside UAE
- Strong communication skills.
- Time Managment skills.
- Problem Solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
