**About the Role**:
In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and seamlessly converting inquiries into confirmed appointments. You will play a key role in the clinic's growth and patient satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Convert patient inquiries into scheduled appointments, effectively promoting our clinic's services.
- Provide detailed information about our doctors, treatments, and services to potential patients.
- Manage patient appointments, reminders, and follow-ups using our clinic management system.
- Address and resolve patient queries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for call quality and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Guide and mentor junior call center agents, sharing best practices.
**Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications & Experience)**:
- **Minimum 2-3 years** of experience in a call center environment, **preferably within a medical center, hospital, or healthcare provider.**:
- A proven **background in sales or tele-sales** with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in **English**; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and able to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM or clinic management software.
- **MUST have own transferable visa.**
