Cinemacity is seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Call Center Representative** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service navigation
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Update and maintain customer accounts with relevant details
- Inform customers about new offerings, promotions, and updates
- Support the training of new team members on customer service procedures
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year of relevant call center or customer service experience**:
- Strong verbal communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in **Arabic and English** (spoken)
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is required
- Experience in a **theatre or cinema setting** is an advantage
**Desired Skills**
- Proficient in computer usage and basic systems
- Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
