**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell personal loan products to individual clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and outdoor marketing.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Ensure compliance with all UAE banking regulations and internal procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **personal loan sales** within the **UAE** (required).
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products and financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
