Fintrek is actively hiring skilled and driven **Sales Executives** to promote and sell **personal loan products** from top-tier UAE banks. If you are passionate about sales, target-oriented, and have experience in personal loan acquisition, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell **personal loan solutions** to individual customers
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and customer referrals
- Deliver product presentations and explain eligibility requirements, loan terms, and repayment options clearly
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking policies
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned **monthly sales targets and KPIs**
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in **personal loan sales** (UAE experience or relevant experience from home country preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with **UAE banking and financial regulations** is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
- Must be currently available in the UAE
