Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving growth in technical services? We are seeking an experienced **Sales Manager** to lead our sales efforts for AC-related services, including AC duct cleaning, AC servicing, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell AC duct cleaning, AC servicing, and AMC packages.
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing motivation, coaching, and performance monitoring to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to provide tailored service recommendations and accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in AC services or a related technical field, with leadership skills preferred.
- Knowledge of AC systems, duct cleaning, and maintenance processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with the Dubai market and industries is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month (based on experience) + commission
