The InterContinental® Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort and Spa comprises 351 keys, a health club, a spa, and two pools. Covering an area of 43,770 sqm, the resort is a short drive from famous archaeological sites such as Dhayah Fort and Sheba’s Palace. Set on a headland surrounded by protected coastal wetlands with lush landscaping fronting a sweeping beach on one side and a manmade waterway on the other, the guest rooms, suites, and chalets offer panoramic water views.

We are currently looking for a Talent Resourcing Manager to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah
**Your day to day**
The primary responsibility of this role is to align the resourcing activities through structured policies and procedures to ensure the business benefits with motivated talent delivering ‘True Hospitality for everyone' and create the right environment in which our colleagues can experience Room to be yourself. The Talent Resourcing Manager will be involved in all generalist Human Resources activities to support and contribute to the overall success of the Human Resources strategy.

Main responsibilities of the role are managing all aspects of the recruitment process including; preparation of advertisements, create & development of job descriptions, participation in the interview process followed by selection of qualified applicants and reference checks, assisting in developing recruitment strategies and assuring efficient and timely hiring of all colleagues. In addition to assistance in general employee relations matters.
**What we need from you**
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma within Business/HR/Hospitality
- High Level of Passion for finding the right talents
- Meticulous; has high attention to details
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 2 year HR experience, specializing in talent resourcing, preferably in Middle East
- Experience of using an online recruitment system and competency based interviewing Techniques
- Knowledge of the UAE Labor Law will be an added advantage
