**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and quality.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams for procurement needs.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and vendor performance.
- Prepare regular procurement reports and analyze purchasing trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer in construction/fit-out industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of UAE market and procurement regulations.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Procurement management: 3 years (required)
- Construction: 3 years (required)
