**Job Description**:
Guest Relations Agent provides professional and customer focused service to our guests, has great interpersonal skills and engaging personality. Guest Relations Agent greets and welcomes our guests, interacts with guests while they are waiting for their rooms, assists guests with any enquiries, oversees social media platforms.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Familiar with all hotel facilities, hours of operation and current promotions as well as attractions in the area and the city.
- Inspect rooms of VIP guests before check in.
- Arrange amenities to be placed in the rooms.
- Interact and entertain guests while they are waiting for their room to be ready or waiting for their airport pick up.
- Assist guests with any enquiries, receive and action guests requests via hotel WhatsApp.
- Promote hotel and encourage guests to place positive reviews on social media platforms.
- Reply guests comments on social media platforms.
- In case of negative review discuss the issues with related departments, contact the guest and invite guest back for service recovery.
