Role Description

The Guest Relations Agent is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, which include welcoming guests upon arrival, handling inquiries and complaints, and providing personalized assistance throughout their stay. Daily responsibilities also involve managing receptionist duties, coordinating with other hotel departments, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence. The role requires a strong focus on fostering relationships and anticipating guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.
  • Constantly follow tasks mapping list of the department.
  • Ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace through own responsibility Perform the Up-Selling as per the policy to maximize the Rooms' revenue.
  • Take any guest feedback seriously and advise hotel management.
  • Welcome guests to the Hotel, answer guests' questions and resolve guests' problems.
  • Perform check-in, checkout duties and receive payments from guests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Guest Relation Agent or in a similar role, i
    n the hospitality sector
  • Effective Communication skills, particularly in a hospitality setting
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties or hotel front desk operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity in a diverse environment
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and remain professional under pressure
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
