**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational Excellence & Fleet Management**
- Oversee personnel, workload, and daily activities of the company to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure effective utilization of vehicles and manage replacement vehicle turnover.
- Monitor and control vehicle usage, scheduling, and operational performance.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure quality control and continuous improvement in service delivery.

**2. Service & Maintenance Management**
- Coordinate and monitor vehicle service and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.
- Manage service requests and ensure timely completion of all maintenance jobs.
- Liaise with service workshops and maintenance providers to ensure high standards.
- Ensure vehicles are always in optimal condition for operations.

**3. Driver Management & Training**
- Supervise drivers and monitor their performance, attendance, and behavior.
- Delegate work assignments to drivers and manage daily driver activities.
- Conduct regular driver training sessions on safe driving, customer service, and company policies.
- Monitor driving behavior and promote economical driving to reduce fuel costs and wear & tear.

**4. Customer Satisfaction & Client Coordination**
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by handling client requirements professionally.
- Coordinate with clients and end users for feedback and resolution of any issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure service delivery meets expectations.

**5. Budget Implementation & Cost Control**
- Implement budget tasks and objectives and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Monitor fuel usage, maintenance costs, and other operational expenses.
- Ensure effective usage of replacement vehicles to reduce operational costs.

**6. Policies, Procedures & Safety Standards**
- Implement and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE transportation regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure operational compliance.

**7. Data Management & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate database and records of fleet operations.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Support audit processes and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

**8. Team Work & Coordination**
- Work closely with supervisors, coordinators, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Promote teamwork and a positive work culture.

**9. Targets & Performance**
- Achieve MBO set targets and KPI’s for fleet operations.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for fleet efficiency and service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in fleet coordination or similar role in transportation.
- Strong knowledge of bus, limousine, or staff transport operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, safety standards, and operational compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office and fleet management systems.
- UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
