We’re looking for an outstanding Leasing and Property Manager to join the team You’ll be collaborating with multiple departments at Company including Leasing and Construction. The position will report to Company’s CFO. This role is directly responsible for the day-to-day management of Leasing and management projects as they come up. The role demands a strategic & detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for collaboration & team-oriented work, which additionally enjoys problem-solving and seeing a project through from inception to completion.
- Conducting site visits to evaluate property construction and issues and ensuring that solutions are provided as needed
- Ensure the leasing office, lease documents, and marketing materials are up to date
- Communicating with other members of the management team regarding building status, repairs needed, and other issues
- Evaluating bids from contractors based on price, experience, and other factors such as references or certifications
- Overseeing the planning and implementation of projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget
- Determining materials needed for a construction project and working with suppliers to make sure they have enough materials on hand
- Reviewing contractor proposals and selecting the most qualified contractors for each phase of the project
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Performing physical inspections of construction sites to identify problems
- Performing administrative tasks such as managing inventory or ordering supplies
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors to manage construction projects
- Maintaining records of equipment purchases, repairs, and other maintenance activities
- Administer and review all lease paperwork
- Complete weekly market surveys
- Follow the status of delivery within the project development and leasing
- Review the collections situation to ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective measures in case of delays.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting system for all sales and leasing achieved and ensure that frequent and accurate reports are made to the Director of Sales

**Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- At least 2 years of Property Management, Construction & leasing field experience in the UAE
- Knowledge of **AutoCAD **is an advantage.
- **UAE Driving License is a must.**
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Leadership skills.
- Relationship-building skills
- Track record of continuous improvement and learning
- Excellent work ethic
- Productivity oriented
- Excellent command of written and spoken English

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- property and leasing: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- UAE driving license (required)
