- **Atleast 5 years of experience in one of the big leasing management company**:

- Has basic knowledge or experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Ejari, RERA regulations
- Knowledgeable in Rental disputes
- Has strong sales skills and can meet sales goals
- Knowledgeable in media platform
- answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- prioritizing workloads
- typing, preparing and collating reports
- Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts
- Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records
- Coordinates with the maintenance team regarding tenant's issues and complaints.

Salary will be discussed upon job interview

**Experience**:

- UAE: 5 years (preferred)
- Ejari: 5 years (preferred)
- Property Management: 5 years (preferred)
- leasing company: 5 years (required)
