**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounting & Financial Reporting**
- Assist in preparing **financial statements** in compliance with **IFRS, GAAP, and local regulations**.
- Maintain **general ledger entries**, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct **bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable management**, and journal entries.
- Process **month-end and year-end closing adjustments**.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.

**2. Taxation & Compliance**
- Support in the preparation and filing of **VAT, GST, Corporate Tax, and other statutory returns**.
- Ensure **regulatory compliance** by maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist in **tax computations, reconciliations, and advisory support** for clients.
- Research and interpret **new tax laws and accounting standards** affecting the business.

**3. Financial Analysis & Advisory**
- Perform **budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling** to support decision-making.
- Assist in **business valuations, due diligence, and financial feasibility studies**.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.

**4. Audit & Internal Controls**
- Support the audit team in conducting **internal and external audits**.
- Assist in **risk assessment and internal control evaluations**.
- Ensure adherence to **audit methodologies and professional standards**.

**5. ERP & Technology Integration**
- Maintain financial data in **Tally ERP 9/Prime**, ensuring accurate transaction recording.
- Utilize **Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards)** for data analysis.
- Assist in integrating financial processes with **cloud-based accounting tools**.

**Education & Certification**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed **ACCA / CA / CPA** (or equivalent qualification).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field**.

**Technical Skills**:

- **Accounting Expertise**: Strong understanding of **financial reporting, IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations**.
- **ERP Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with **Tally ERP 9/Prime**.
- **Advanced Excel Skills**: Proficiency in **Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP**.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for financial details.
