Key Responsibilities:

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, including residential, commercial, and luxury estates.
- Develop engaging visual content for marketing materials, social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce creative content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their appeal and ensure they meet company standards.
- Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is always in top condition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
- Coordinate with property owners, agents, and other stakeholders to schedule and execute shoots efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Photographer, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in property photography and videography.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Creative eye with attention to detail and the ability to produce visually compelling content.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
