Photographer/videographer (Visual Content Producer)

**Role Overview**

Gulf Craft is seeking an exceptional visual creator to join our Marketing Department as a Photographer / Videographer with advanced multi-disciplinary capabilities. This role requires a highly skilled, self-directed visual storyteller who can independently conceptualise, plan, shoot, and deliver high-impact content across photography, videography, editing, motion graphics, and graphic design.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation & Storytelling**
- Lead end-to-end production of photo and video content, from concept development and shot-listing to filming, editing, and delivery.
- Capture high-quality on-water, lifestyle, interior, exterior, and product footage of yachts, shipyard operations, events, and owner experiences.
- Direct and produce on-location shoots, working comfortably with talent, dealers, VIP clients, owners, and internal teams.
- Develop storytelling concepts for campaigns, launches, brand films, product walk-throughs, and corporate content.

**Photography & Videography**
- Plan and execute shoots both independently and within larger productions.
- Operate cinema-grade camera systems, drones, gimbals, action cameras, and lighting setups.
- Produce imagery and footage optimised for social media, digital ads, press, editorial, and high-resolution print.

**Editing & Post-Production**
- Handle full post-production workflow including:

- Advanced video editing
- Colour grading
- Motion graphics
- Sound design
- Photo retouching
- Create dynamic short-form and long-form edits for reels, teasers, documentaries, interviews, and campaign films.
- Develop consistent visual styles, LUTs, and templates aligned with each brand's identity.

**Creative Direction & Visual Strategy**
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Brand Managers to translate creative direction into high-impact visual assets.
- Contribute to campaign ideation, mood boards, storyboards, and visual concepts.
- Ensure all content accurately reflects luxury, craftsmanship, and the distinct identity of each Gulf Craft brand.

**Graphic Design & Motion Graphics**
- Support the design team with visual assets for EDMs, social media, presentations, event materials, and brochures.
- Create motion graphics for titles, animated brand elements, transitions, and product highlights.

**Operational & Technical**
- Manage equipment, maintenance, accessories, backup workflows, storage organisation, and project archiving.
- Maintain an efficient and structured post-production pipeline.
- Ensure all content is delivered optimised for platform requirements and usage scenarios.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 5-8+ years of professional experience in photography, videography, and digital content creation, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, automotive, marine, travel, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven experience as a self-shooting Producer/Director or Senior Content Creator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic visuals, editorial-grade photography, and storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
- After Effects
- Photoshop & Lightroom
- Illustrator or other design tools
- Experience with drone operations (certifications an advantage).
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, colour theory, and pace.
- Knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing formats, and vertical storytelling.
