**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, presentation, and service quality.
- Design and update creative, seasonal, and cost-effective menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
- Monitor food inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food hygiene laws.
- Control food and labor costs to meet budgetary goals and optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless kitchen-to-table coordination.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll input, and performance evaluations for kitchen team.
- Handle special dietary requests and maintain consistency in food preparation and plating.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques, ingredients, and culinary styles as appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Creativity and passion for food, presentation, and innovation.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and menu pricing.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
