**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Development**: Create and innovate a diverse range of desserts, cakes, and breakfast dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and flavor.
- **Culinary Excellence**: Prepare and present high-quality, visually appealing dishes with a focus on taste and consistency.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all dishes meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
- **Ingredient Management**: Oversee the selection and procurement of fresh, high-quality ingredients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, with a strong background in pastry and breakfast cuisine.
- **Creativity**: Demonstrated ability to create innovative and appealing desserts, cakes, and breakfast dishes.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate the kitchen team.
- **Passion for Food**: A deep passion for cooking and a commitment to culinary excellence.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of food preparation and presentation.
