Talent Acquisition Training and Development

**Talent Acquisition**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs within the organization through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with managers
- Design and deliver training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and training

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Assist with other HR functions as needed, such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Stay current on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment and training activities

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
