**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to real estate agents and management team members, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and handling incoming inquiries.
- **Transaction Management**: Oversee the coordination of real estate transactions from listing to closing, ensuring all documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- **Client Relations**: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, providing updates on transactions, and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update the company's database with accurate and current information regarding property listings, client records, and transaction details.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with marketing team members to develop marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and advertisements, to effectively promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
- **Office Management**: Manage day-to-day office operations, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and ensuring the office environment is conducive to productivity.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the transaction process, including adherence to fair housing laws and ethical standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support in a real estate setting.
