**About the role**:
We are seeking an Odoo Business Analyst with over four years of experience in Odoo ERP, having implemented a minimum of four Odoo projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM.
- Proficiency in Odoo development framework as a technical aspect.
- Knowledge of business processes in a Travel agency or car rental agency is advantageous.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. System Analysis and Design:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements.
- Design and configure Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of the business.
- Identify system integration needs and design appropriate interfaces.

2. Implementation and Customization:

- Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Customize Odoo modules through development of custom fields, reports, and workflows.

3. Support and Maintenance:

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Odoo system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.

**Training and Documentation**:

- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Odoo functionalities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures.
- Provide support to users, including training and help desk functions.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments and industry trends.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Evaluate and recommend new modules or upgrades to support business needs.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience as an Odoo System Analyst or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python programming and the Odoo framework is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Odoo certification is preferred.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
